Andy set up PH Accountancy in 1994 having studied at several medium size practices and has enjoyed growing the company from dealing with a handful of clients to dealing with now over several hundred

With a hands on practical approach, Andy specialises in helping other businesses grow and develop. He is experienced in all aspects of accounting across a broad client base ranging from multi million pound companies to small sole traders
Andy’s down to earth approach and ability to solve problems quickly has become the company ethos and all staff are happy to uphold the high standard that is expected.

Emma joined PH Accountancy in 2002 as a trainee and in 2005 gained her AAT technician qualification.

Emma quickly progressed though the practice and she was promoted to manager.  She has gained a tremendous amount of experience and now carries out many aspects of accountancy work including, VAT, taxation and accounts preparation.

Carly Joined PH Accountancy in March 2006, after making the decision to progress from what was  largely an Administrative role with a local domiciliary company, into the world of accounts.

Her first role in the company was as the person directly in charge of the payroll operations, however she quickly progressed onto Bookkeeping, VAT Returns and now more predominantly the Accounts Preparations and Tax work for all Business types.
Carly is now progressing in business development and helping growing businesses become more tax efficient by changing their legal status.

Katie joined our practice in March 2009. She heads up the payroll department, as well as completion of book keeping, account preparation and VAT returns.
Katie quickly picked up our company ethos and has a great reputation amongst our clients for providing a prompt and efficient service.

Before joining PH Accountancy in 1999, Lesley worked in various financial companies, the more prominent being Schroder Leasing, a subsidiary of J Henry Schroder Wagg, as PA to the Financial Director.
Lesley initially joined PH Accountancy in a secretarial capacity, however, she is currently responsible for Credit Control, Money Laundering and Debt Counselling. These roles have evolved largely due to the demands of the clients and compliments the services offered by the Company.

Trudi joined PH Accountancy in 2001 with extensive secretarial experience with HM Forces and the corporate sector.
Her role includes typing of all correspondence, filing, completion of VAT application forms and general reception duties. 

Vicky joined PH Accountancy in 2001 with extensive secretarial experience in the accountancy sector.
Her role is varied and includes head reception duties, customer services, dealing with correspondence and various Companies House duties.
Vicky is responsible for accounting deadline reminders and has, therefore, established a good rapport with clients.

Sue joined PH Accountancy in 2011 having previously worked for a large cleaning contractor.  Sue has built up a huge knowledge of the problems people in business face and an aptitude to problem solving.

With this valuable experience, Sue will now be dealing with the VATs we prepare for our clients, and assisting them in ensuring that smooth procedures are in place.
